  • 1 5 days to deliver a book on Amazon Prime

    Had to call them 4 times. First they couldn't find the address, we are on a large industrial Est. Then we were out - not true - excuse, excuse, excuse. If you pay peanuts........you p*** off your customers. Hello anyone at home?

    took day off to await delivery, driver never showed up. When calling HDNL, I was told the parcel is back in depot due to "no access to property", I have an unlocked gate at the front and a driveway with open access to garden and property on the side - that is where Royal Mail, DHL, ParcelForce and UPS "access", but not HDNL. Probably the driver got lost or maybe didn't even try.... In the future, I'll refuse business with comanies using HDNL.

  • 1 I will reject henceforth if they are the courier

    Yesterday they rang my doorbell once, then pushed a "We missed you" notice that did not contain my name anywhere on it, with a note that my parcel had been left in someone's house down the street. I live in a shared house and a "We missed you" without a name means nobody knows who the parcel is for. More crucially, I do not understand how they a "recorded trackable delivery" can be left at a random house down the street, when there is no authorisation to do this. The least I would have expected is a phone call on my mobile phone from the delivery man at the door to ask what should be done.

    They rarely collect on the day they say and you have to pester/force them to re-schedule a collection with their unfriendly and rude staff. In the last month, we've used them 12 times, 9 out of those 12 times, they've missed a pick up once of twice. To be blunt: They're rubbish and upsetting me and my customers.
