Poor quality service & overcharge

I ordered a lid for a pool cover. It took weeks longer than expected to arrive then when I got the invoice, I found I was being charged �£195 plus VAT for delivery and fitting in addition. When delivered the product was faulty and is still poor quality. Hugely unimpressed and won't use this firm again.
