    Having called these people with a query about a problem with my Home Cinema amp and described the problem, it transpired that it was not possible to fix due to the unavailabilty of the correct spare parts (discontinued). This saved me having to come in, pay them to take it apart, wasting time and money. I couldn't even remember the model number, but described it to them and confirmed positioning of some of the internal parts. From this, they were able to tell the model number, what the fault was and confirmed it was impossible for anyone to repair.
