Very dodgyyyyyy,Terrible, rude, awful, please DON'T book with them once the ticket booked you will get ignored!!!!
We booked flight to Tokyo with Travel Up in Nov 2011. We had to cancel due to business reasons. The airline confirmed to us that they refunded Travel Up with our airfares. Travel Up have not paid us back and say they are going to keep £1000 of our money. We agree with Carol Y - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - they don't answer phones or reply when a problem occurs and try and keep your money.
I planed booking trip to Bangkok 10 days before of flying date, included flights and Hotels. We were 5 members although I saved 150 ponds.
I was browsing the internet searching for the best deal on christmas flights to Toronto for myself and my girlfriend. The prices as you can imagine are quite expensive, but I found this site called Travel up and the air fares were about a £100 cheaper each way. I called them up and they were so helpful on the phone - we booked the flights and everything went very well. Needless to say I will be booking with TravelUp again this year
Please don't trust this company- just called up and had an awful experience. The first rep was rude and after I stated my enquiry (she had been busy talking in the background), she said "What was that?". After telling me she couldn't help, she cut me off. I called back to complain and told them I would not be proceeding with my booking of five flights to India. Gutted, they tried to convince me to go ahead. If you don't trust the customer service, why trust the company? I also found out from my conversation that at no point in the booking process or after, can you see the ticket terms and conditions (this is actually illegal). I feel like I just had a narrow escape. Please don't risk it.
Be very, very careful with this hole in the wall company. They made a mistake booking our tickets then had the cheek to charge us £350 for 30 minutes work to rectify THEIR OWN mistake !! Despite strong complaints. The £350 was on top of another £350 which they passed on to us from the airline itself. Be very very careful with this company. If you read the reviews on them all over the net you will see that this seems to happen very often with them. Just search under Travel Up Ltd and see what I mean. You have been warned !

I booked a couple of flights to Tokyo in April 2011 through Travelup just before the earthquake. I tried to cancel the flights by emailing and calling Travelup but they were highly unresponsive. I called the airline directly which confirmed they would offer a full refund via the agent but Travelup is trying to withhold almost 13% of the price I paid without explanation of the non-transparent charges. They do not reply to emails (despite a service standard claim) or phone calls and I'm trying to pursue a claim via my credit card now.
