• don't waste your money!!

  I came across this salon when searching on google. Their website claimed really impressive results for laser hair removal after just 3 or 4 treatments, I went for a consultation and having a medium fair complexion and dark hair, I was told I am a prime candidate for the treatment! I booked two courses of treatment, after several treatments, no results! I kept complaining before every treatment and was told have to complete the courses... after 15 treatments, hardly any results! When I complained I was told to buy more treatments! Their salon manager was really defensive and unhelpful, as they demand full payment in advance I guess they don't have to be friendly anymore! Not happy at all, will have to make a claim through SCC. I would strongly recommend that if you are thinking of using having this treatment from permanent beauty believing you will get great results, don't get your hopes up! better go for a more reputable salon or clinic! or you'll loose hundreds of £££ and no results!!

  pressure selling, website is misleading as gives impression of great results after 3 or 4 treatments bur after 15 treatment not much results, rip off!
