Goalseekers Personal Performance Coaching and therapy. We wil help you achieve your goals through various techniques such as Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).. If you have an urgent need out of standard business hours I also offer EFT over the telephone. Home visits are also available . I also provide regular EFT trainings. Where has the day gone

When I was previously employed by various corporations I have been erolled on my share of time management courses. I believe that this si a big misnomer as you can not manage time you can only manage yourself. It is now just gone 2 pm and I have finished the three main goals that I set myself for today and will now work through other things on my to do list. So if you want an efficient way to organise yourself during the day start by having a list of no morethan 6 things, highlight the most important three things and focus on them. If you find areas of your life are not working as you would like call for a free 30 minute coaching session.

  I recently attended the introduction to EFT workshop and found it both interesting and beneficial. It was an excellent opportunity to work with like-minded individuals, learn a new skill and have an opportunity to practice it there and then. Nigel is a good trainer with a relaxed style, providing a great learning environment. The material used was clear, concise and easy to put straight into practice - in fact as a result of attending the course I have now overcome my fear of stairs! I would recommend this event to anyone who wishes to develop a new skill to use personally or for those looking to add a learn a new technique to use professionally.
