When did your business start trading?

Terrible Service

Firstly they never, ever return your calls. Whether your spending �£40 or �£4000 on timber. I left messages 6 times with no result. It wasn't until I started being stroppy that they took my money off me! We spent �£2.5k for deliver on a certain day. at 3pm the day of delivery they phoned me to say the timber would be a week late A WEEK?! And they only thought to tell me at 3pm? Thanks, we won't be using you again.
