This was the place to go for me back in my university days. It was the best way to get into and upstairs in Risa. Otherwise you would have to waste half your night queuing to get upstairs. We would get a student discount to see Jongleurs in the first place. Obviously it depends on who's on the night you are there - but out of the 3 performers you're bound to laugh a few times and one of them you're bound to love. There's loads of waitresses serving drinks and delicious (though a little bit expensive) food. After the comedy you can then dance for the rest of the night. However, be warned that by the end of the evening all the people coming for the club will pile in and it will become either nice and crowded or too crowded depending on what you like. But it's a good place for comedy - you should go!

Jongleur is a comedy club, restaurant and night club. The evening includes a very good meal and a comedy act. The food is very good and the portion sizes are reasonable. I have been many times and have always found the entertainment to be good. I have never left feeling disappointed. Later in the evening the club turns in to a disco. The only down side of this is as the evening progresses people who have not eaten or seen the show are allowed to enter just to dance which in my opinion leaves the club feeling rather too full.
