• Awful service

  We ordered some pre-mixed tiles to be delivered to us on a set day. I waited in all day for the delivery, which never came. Telephoned Just Tiles who initially said they had no deliveries that day, then that there was no order in our name, and finally that the delivery had "gone". It had evidently been lost, and JT said they would call us after the weekend to update us. By Wednesday the following week we had still heard nothing, so I rang to chase up, and was told that they thought someone "had sorted it". Eventually got a call back to say it would come the following day, which it did. When the delivery of the "accent mix" arrived, it transpired that 5 colours were glossy, and one was matt. This despite the website saying clearly that they were "all in a rich glazed finish". I rang to query this, since we thought the odd matt tile in a glazed splashback would look odd, and was told that "that's how it is", that we should have ordered samples and that they would only replace the tiles with glossy ones if we paid carriage both ways. This despite the website description saying clearly that the tiles were all "richly glazed" and giving no indication at all that one would be different. The JT employee finished by saying that it served me right for buying off a website, and that he personally wouldn't buy off a website. This, despite it being the company's own website.... You have been warned! We buy a lot via the web, and this is without doubt some of the worst service we have ever received.

• Fantastic

  Many thanks to HRH Prince Benham, Lord Harper 72nd Earl of Reading and Rev Baz for their help. They did a fantastic job helping me purchase 600sqm of crystal nero and carrying it to my house in Uzebekistan. Thanks King Alexi II Crown Prince of Uzebekistan
