MOT 14/07/11

I just had my MOT done! I was really satisfied with the quick service and costumer caring was brilliant!!I've spend severals hours on the phone looking for a place to do my MOT so I can GARANTEE this one is the cheapest I found and I live in London. Had the most honest advice regarding my car. I will keep comming back!

Wrong exhaust fitted in 2007 still causing problems in 2011

I had exhaust parts fitted on my Peugeot 306 GLX - silencer and tail (I also had brake pads and discs). They were the wrong type for the car. I have had to put up with noise, poor performance and poor appearance for all this time. In June 2011 at the time of this review I have needed to replace those parts and was looking forward to finally having the correct ones in, but they won't fit now because the car brackets were bent to fit those wrong parts. The correct silencer is twice the size. So now I have less general exhaust noise, but I have terrible rattling on first acceleration because the parts don't fit. The new garage has tried several times to bend the brackets back but they are clearly struggling. I was very disappointed at the time even just on the basis of looks, and I had made it known. Work was carried out without my agreement - I had asked for options and costs as I did not know if there were only Peugeot ones available. There was no willingness to change it or apologise - I was treated rudely. The date of the work was 26/09/2007. I love my car and it took me years to save for it, yet I haven't been able to enjoy it as I should be entitled to.
