Extremely Poor Customer Service

I approached Thake Signs to order three foamex signs, I was asked to email my final design and then the signs would take 2-3 days to produce. After a week I hadn't heard anything and by now it was becoming urgent. When I phoned to chase them up I was told to take my business elsewhere as they were too busy to be able to help. They said they had to prioritise their premier customers, if they told me this in the first place I wouldn't have been as half as annoyed but to keep me waiting a week is a prime example of extremely poor customer service. The funny thing is although my order was initially only a small one over the next couple of years I will need signs for vans, exhibition stands and business premises. Save yourself lots of hassle and keep well away from Thake signs. I used Astra Sign & Print in the end who were fantastic and did an excellent job they will be getting all my future business and I would highly recommend them.
