Creative I.D. Graphic & Web Design

I decided to use Creative I.D. through pure recommendation. My business had reached a stage where i needed a web presence, but was totally unsure how or what i needed for my site. Niki spent our first meeting researching in depth about I K Joinery, the clientele i worked with and wanted to keep attracting, the visuals i had imagined for the site and the type of jobs i undertake. Niki came up with a modern, yet authentic image, which i felt was appropriate for my target market. The most impressive part of Niki's services was her ability to work on the photo's i provided for my gallery and being able to "touch up" and erase all untidiness of leads and household mess originally there. She has given the image of my business a new edge, and has educated me on the importance of it. I understand fully now why she was recommended, as she is a true expert in her field.

I approached Niki regarding my website about 3 months ago. I found that Niki was able to interprate my verbal ideas into very clean and concise visual messages enabling me to envisage the website as a whole. Her communication skills are superb and i always found that every stage was explained in a non technical language i could understand and feel comfortable with. My website is now up and running and i am extremely happy with the simplicity of its visuals, and the way it all works together.
