    Buying a PBX has to be one of the most painful things any business has to do. They are generally horrifically expensive, complicated to install and even very complicated to just determine what features and functions you really need--then you have to pay another huge amount and go through another, equally painful process, to integrate it with your CRM, financial and other systems. These folks blew everyone else away. They provided a complete solution that was dramatically less expense, fully addressed our needs, and was very easy to work with. After going through an intensive multi-week vendor evaluation, there was no real competition given the value they provide at such a low price.
