We also expect staff to demonstrate respect for our service userâ€™s family and other healthcare professionals during the course of their daily duties. Service users are encouraged to participate in the planning and delivery of care and are offered support to enable them to contribute to decisions affecting their care. At E j Carers we believe quite strongly in treating our Clients with respect and sensitivity. This includes acknowledging each client differing needs and recognising each clientâ€™s individuality.
