E j Carers aims to provide Clients of our Residential care service with high quality user-certified care services appropriate to the assessed needs of those people requiring them and in compliance with the requirements of the Residential Care Agencies Regulations 2002. Our experienced staff supports Clients live full and independent lives whilst retaining their privacy and dignity. We also expect staff to demonstrate respect for our service user’s family and other healthcare professionals during the course of their daily duties. Service users are encouraged to participate in the planning and delivery of care and are offered support to enable them to contribute to decisions affecting their care. At E j Carers we believe quite strongly in treating our Clients with respect and sensitivity. This includes acknowledging each client differing needs and recognising each client’s individuality.
