    I am the matron of honor for one of my very close friends. We visited Berkshire Brides on a pre-booked appointment, when we arrived we were immediately put off by the owners attitude (she practically screamed at us to was our hands.... her bathroom was just gross) let alone the fact that she couldn’t remember which one of us was the bride or even what the brides name was. The dresses are beautiful yes but so are all wedding dresses. Our bride was not allowed to try on the pink dress that she requested to try on as the woman didn’t feel intwas right.... er let the bride and the people she has brought with her be the judge of that. So this woman is just damn rude.
