The shop policy is very bad - if the item goes foulty after more than 14 days shop refuses to give any refund, but insists on giving a voucher, valid only in this shop. So, if you don't want to buy anything else in the shop, you simply loose your money. If such practice is in place, shoppers should be forwarned at the time of purchese - unfortunately, I wasn't. The shop owner doesn't even bother to speek to the customer, claiming being in the meeting and not having time to spare. Generaly, I would not buy anything from this seller again. Shop also claims that there is no guarantee on bags, so they are not obliged to give refunds. Very bad experience!!!
