In addition to my training 1-1 personal training, I offer 2-1 and VIP Circuits for up to 4 people - these circuit based sessions focus on rapid fat loss and fitness promotion through a combination of interval training and martial arts. Also lookout for my regular practical workshops with subjects covering "effective fat loss" toning areas such as the toning the bottom, abdominals, arms and sport specific sessions.
