* TOWN PLANNING GUIDANCE - helping people and businesses through the town planning maze and getting planning permission * PLANNING APPLICATIONS - Providing drawings, submitting and negotiating all types of planning and related applications, supported by a Planning Statement and a Design and Access Statement, in both towns and cities, rural and countryside areas. Acting as lead consultant where other specialist input is required from architects, design agents, solicitors, transport planners, ecologists etc. * PLANNING APPEALS - Advising on whether or not to appeal, and making appeals against planning decisions, whether by the Written, Hearing, or Public Inquiry method. We have a good success rate for winning appeals. * RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, LEISURE - Proposals for housing, shops, offices, recreation, community facilities and other types of development are undertaken, including change of use and householder applications such as loft conversions, extensions and conservatories. * NEIGHBOUR DEVELOPMENT ADVICE - for individuals or groups on the most effective ways of making their views known when affected by property development proposals such as home extensions or by neighbours builders or building work. * ENFORCEMENT NEGOTIATIONS - Advising businesses and individuals on the best way forward after the threat or receipt of an Enforcement Notice. Immediate action is always needed to attempt a negotiated settlement or to lodge an appeal. * DEVELOPMENT APPRAISALS - Assessing potential for property development by identifying constraints and opportunities, applying the planning policy context and advising on the best approach for obtaining planning permission. * AREAS COVERED - London, South and South East England, the Thames Valley region, and particularly the area within Newbury, Reading, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, Woking, Guildford, Camberley Winchester and Basingstoke.
