Dampzone appeared to be friendly, knowledgeable and price-competitive, so decided to fix the damp rising problem in my kitchen and fit a new kitchen with them. Planned the works for when we were away on holidays. On my way to the airport, Dampzone told me by SMS that they were not going to do the job, having the old kitchen ripped out and the new kitchen in boxes in the living room. No alternative offered, just %u201Cenjoy your holidays%u201D.

Let down big time

Manager appeared to be friendly, knowledgeable and price-competitive, so decided to fix the damp rising problem in my kitchen and fit a new kitchen with them. What a deception. Planned the works for when we were away on holidays. On my way to the airport, he told me by SMS that they were not going to do the job, having the old kitchen ripped out and the new kitchen in boxes in the living room. No alternative offered, just “enjoy your holidays”. Untrustworthy, to say the least
