There are times when only a traditional family electrical shop will do. The chaps here are very very knowledgeable and would clearly rather sell you the right thing rather than simply meeting sales targets or trying to sell you unnecessary extended warranties. This is not a huge cavernous shop populated with spotty post-pubescent zombies, vacuously picking bits off their faces. I've found them unfailingly polite and helpful - so much so that I've been willing to pay the (small) premium sometimes associated with local retailers. Give them a try!
