Why do anywhere else?
I've been using Kevin for all my IT needs for several years and he's never let me down. He's worked on my PC remotely, upgraded the software in house and is always happy to be of help. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Fast and competent
Fast and efficient service to clean my computer, and to service my fans. My computer was filled with dust and had spluttering fans. All fixed very quickly. I collected my computer within 24 hours, but it was ready the same day. You can park on their drive. Or they will come out to you for an additional charge. Strongly recommended!

Fast and helpful service
I thought I needed a new fan and heating system fitted as this is what PC world had said, they couldn’t fix my model of laptop so took it to Kevin Eaton who who was able to see it was just the fan that needed to replaced also he was able to rebuild the laptop which has made it more efficient and no longer gets so hot when I’m using it, the service was fast and worked out cheaper than Pc world

The Computer Doctor
24-7 Computer Doctor Kevin Eaton was an absolute star, fixing in an hour what Microsoft higher level specialists were unable to do in a total of 7 hours that I spent with them over the phone. His approach to the customer is first class, understanding that they don't have the computer knowledge required for their personal resolution of problems. He was able to analyse, explain and correct my problem remotely, keeping me advised of how far he had got at various stages. I have no problem recommending Kevin for anyone's computer problems that require a fix.

24-7 has provided support to my home computers for very many years and I am delighted with the service that I receive. On the, now rare occasions I have an issue it is fixed within hours using remote software. I have also received advice on firewalls, the value to moving my email account to Microsoft 365 and automatic cloud based back ups. All designed to protect my data. The fan on my laptop ceased working. Kevin cleared out a quantity of accumulated dust & fluff from the fan restoring it to a fully functioning state. The customer service provided by Kevin and fast turnaround is highly commendable & at a reasonable cost.

Excellent Service
When my computer failed me I did not hesitate to call Kevin, he managed to save most of my files which I'd thought I'd lost and all at a very reasonable cost. Kevin is very knowledgeable and explains how he is going to put things right in plain, easy to understand language. He set up my PC and went above and beyond the call connecting the plugin adapter to my new TV, and I’m so grateful. Kevin has been maintaining my PC for a few years and I know I can rely on him to repair or upgrade when the time comes. I will always recommend 24-7 Computer Doctor.

I went to Kevin to have my PC repaired and found that basically it was dead so discussed the options with him. I was offered one of Kevin's rebuilds, after he talked me through the options and explained his security package. I purchased both and have had no issues what so ever since and that was two years ago. Kevin offers a prompt and professional service and is available for help and advice. We recently replaced our 2 office computers and asked Kevin to do all the necessary transfers from old to new. He made 2 visits to complete all the work and we are now running like clockwork! We were actually back up and running after the first visit! He is always on the end of the phone should we need help or advice. We would certainly recommend Kevin.

Rescued me!
Okay so I had a computer that was 13 years old, yes I know, ancient in tech terms! BUT I was scared of all the new operating systems and software update scares, so did not get around to committing to upgrading. The day came when the old Dell would just not boot... Disaster? No - because 24-7 had me all backed up with Carbonite already. They built me a swanky amazing new machine and seamlessly transferred all my data. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Prompt & Excellent Service
Excellent service from Kevin as always. I have used Kevin before on my other old PC - this time he came to my rescue when my hard drive crashed. I was promptly dealt with and Kevin was able to rescue all my documents and set me up with a refurbished computer running on Windows 7 within 24 hours of my first contacting him. Luckily i live in Bracknell - but he always gets back to you ASAP. The prices are reasonable and the service is honest, reliable and professional. He saved me from a nightmare situation and has never let me down.

Being a sole trader I rely upon the internet. Kevin provided advice on what was needed to be purchsed, where to get it at the cheapeste price and appeared promptly and got me up and running within the hour. Even though I have not neede his services for months (due to the system being set up correctly in the first place and kevin showing me how to maintain the PC) I have recommended Kevin and with my colleagues an friends he gave the same professional service despite them all having different ISPs and systems.

This is a really great local business we have used to have our home PC fixed. Reliability
Having been totally Mac orientated in business when on retirement I changed to PC I called on the services of Computer Doctor to install and set up my system for home use.
