As we are independent of Apple UK and not an Authorized Apple Service Provider we can source and supply Apple parts to you.

About Us

We rate ourselves as the UK's largest independent supplier of Apple Macintosh Computer parts and pride ourselves in trying to supply any part from an Apple Computer. We have thousands of parts always in stock anything from a plastic foot to a logic board. If you cannot find the part you require on our web site we will always be happy to try and obtain it for you.

At our workshop near Reading we repair all Apple Computers at competitive rates, we perform upgrades and will sort out software problems.

Although price is important, quality and customer service is also a top priority at VIS and we always strive to keep standards high.

Our engineers have over 20 years experience in repairing Apple Computers and are very knowledgeable about all that is Apple and are always ready to help and assist.

Memory, Hard Drive and Optical Drive upgrades,
While you wait and same day repair service.

We offer a free diagnostic Service (See terms and conditions) and will give a verbal or written quote once diagnosed.

We quote a fixed priced labour cost on most repairs.

We can repair your Apple computer while you wait or same day (by appointment) depending on availability of parts; this will incur an extra charge for this service.

Standard repairs we aim to quote for within 2 -3 days depending on work load.

Exchange Service

VIS offers an Exchange Service on Logic Boards and serviceable parts. The advance exchange service allows you to exchange your faulty part for a new / refurbished working part. You pay the buy price for the exchange product and we send out a good working part in advance. This means the down time of your computer is kept to a minimum. When the faulty part is returned to us we will then credit you the difference between the buy and exchange price as long as the conditions are met below.
